Absentee Voting Timeline: 

  • Application Available 75 days before the election.

  • Ballots Available to be issued 45 days before the election.

  • Applying by mail? It is recommended at least 2 weeks before the election.

  • Applying in person for an absentee ballot ends at 4:00 p.m. the day before the election.

  • ALL ABSENTEE BALLOTS DUE BY 8:00 p.m. ON ELECTION DAY

  • You MUST sign the outside of your ballot envelope or it CANNOT be counted. 

Out with the OLD: 2024 is the last year for the permanent absentee ballot APPLICATION list. In with the NEW-Sign up for the permanent absentee BALLOT list. Check the box on the application or contact the Clerk's Office for more information. 

Voter Registration Deadlines:

  1. Online or by mail-Up to 15 days before the election.

  2. In person at the Clerk's Office: Through election day (proof of residency required during last 14 days before election day.
